Hopefully you are happy with your order but here is some info I would like to lay out ahead of time so we are all on the same page!
Cookie Order Refunds
We require upfront payment when making an order to ensure the date is secured and to give us time to order all of the necessary supplies for the order.
To give a little insight on the cookie decorating process… many things can happen long before the cookies are baked, including ordering/making cutters, creating stencils, ordering food coloring, etc. Because of this, the order is not fully refundable (we will work with you based on costs that we have already incurred). But there is good news!!! We know that things happen and sometimes events get canceled, if the date of the event has changed and we have enough notice, we can adjust pickup or freeze the cookies! Please know that we will try to accommodate you the best we can if something happens!
Decorating Class Refunds
At the time of purchasing a ticket, the full price is paid. This secures your spot in the cookie decorating class.
Class tickets are non-refundable but they can be transferred to another person! If you are unable to find someone to take your spot, please contact me and we can coordinate a time for you to pick up the cookies and supplies! The only think you will miss out on is the instruction (and possibly a free beer if your class was at Abita).
